The flat itself was ok. Parking was challenging and it is not an easy access for luggage. There were adaptors for out of country guests which was a nice touch. Not enough towels but does have everything in some you may need. One nice feature is a close walk to transit and a grocery store right below. Unfortunately the operator was challenging to deal with, did not communicate well and did not follow through with honouring a refund when they stated they would if we left the property a day early by 11am. (We tried to shorten our stay by one day within the “allowed timelines to change”, but we were told they couldn’t shorten our stay and that they would cancel it and we could lose it because they have other people waiting. We WERE told they could maybe offer us a half day refund if we left by regular check out time a day early which we ended up doing in hopes for the refund. We also did not received our check in information until almost an hour after our check in time. I reached out to the operator 3x before writing this review in hopes they would make it right, but I have received zero responses and have been completely ghosted. I would not recommend this flat strictly for the fact that there is no care for the customer from this provider. I do hope they will right this and follow through with what they said.
