Located just a few metres from the picturesque seafront promenade of Martinsicuro, a charming village in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo. The Residence offers the convenience of living at its best in this beautiful region that offers the perfect balance of relaxation and nature, thanks to the proximity of the crystal-clear sea and the majestic mountains, which are just a few kilometres away.
An ideal place for a holiday of wellness and discovery. Bicycles are available for hire on site to ride comfortably along the promenade.
Just a few kilometres away is the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, perfect for trekking and nature walks. Absolutely worth a visit: San Benedetto del Tronto 10 min away famous for its seafront promenade and marina, Civitella del Tronto 30 min away one of the largest fortresses in Europe with a spectacular view, Ascoli Piceno 40 min away a historical city with beautiful squares and the famous Ascoli olive.
