Located in Barberà de la Conca, Les Voltes features two exclusive areas for guests: a living space on the second floor and a rooftop chillout on the fourth floor, both set in a historic home atop two hilltop arches.

The lower-floor apartment is an 80-m2 space with two comfy bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen-living room, and a large bathroom with an original marble sink and historic tiles. It features four balconies overlooking village life.

Our fully-equipped, modern kitchen has a Silestone countertop, a 90-cm SMEG gas hob and oven, and a powerful, silent extractor. The fresh garden-box herbs will enhance the flavor of any dish. Grill a steak on the rooftop BBQ and serve with a garden salad and wine of course!

The bedrooms, with king-sized beds (150 cm), ceiling fans, and blackout blinds, offer comfort and charm, highlighted by restored wooden beams and, in one of the bedrooms, an 18th-century fresco. If travelling with a baby, a large wooden cot is available on request.

The apartment ensures comfort with double-glazed windows, heating, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, all powered by renewable energy.

The upstairs chillout area, formerly home to more than 200 chickens, now offers a relaxing space with loungers, a mini-bar, games, music, a terrace with barbeque, and a solarium with 306º views. It also includes a dedicated office space with high-speed WiFi and a panoramic window.

Looking up into the star-filled heavens on a clear night is an absolute MUST. Our village is a coveted dark-sky village because of the lack of light pollution. Jordi and I are locals and are happy to provide tips on dining, culture and adventure. We even make e-bikes available, plus a garage to tune-up or store your bikes to help you better explore the countryside like a local.

Guest access
You can drive right up to the door to unload and then park nearby. There is an outdoor carpark very close to the apartment and plenty of street parking.

The pool

From June 23 to September 11, guests at Les Voltes have free ccess to the village's tranquil swimming pool. Surrounded by lush greenery and set against the picturesque rolling hills, the expansive pool area includes two delightful kiddie pools, perfect for younger guests. Adding to the experience, there's a charming bar and restaurant featuring a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, where you dine or simply have a cool refreshment while savoring the serene ambiance and village life.

At Les Voltes, we embrace sustainable tourism with our e-mountain bike rentals. Ideal for discovering scenic trails through vineyards and olive groves, exploring local villages, or following the Cistercian monastery route, these bikes offer an eco-friendly way to experience the area's charm. Choose from our curated routes or create your own adventure!

New Registration Rules for Tourist Rental Properties in Spain

As of December 2, 2024, a new law requires us to collect and submit specific information about all guests staying in our property. This information must be reported to the authorities within strict timeframes, and failure to comply may result in fines.

At the Time of Booking
We are required to collect:

· Name and surname(s) of the person making the booking,
· Email address (essential for communication),
· Telephone number,
· Contract number and date (from the booking),
· Arrival and departure dates, and
· Number of guests.

Please note: Airbnb does not provide us with your email address automatically. If you include your email address in a message to us through Airbnb, we can use it; otherwise, we will need you to provide it directly.

Within 24 Hours of Check-In

We must report details for all guests (regardless of age), including:

· Full name,
· Date of birth,
· Country of nationality,
· Passport or national ID type and number,
· Email address (for minors, this can be provided by the responsible adult),
· Telephone number (as above),
· Full postal address (street, locality, and province),
· Relationship between minors and the responsible adult,
· Arrival and departure dates, and
· Type of payment (e.g., credit card, cash, transfer – no payment details like card numbers or account numbers are required).

We will provide you with a secure form or link to collect this information before your arrival. Completing this form is mandatory; failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking as we are legally obliged to submit this information within 24 hours of your check-in.

Important Notes:
All data will be submitted securely to the Mossos d'Esquadra, the regional police force, as required under Catalan regulations. Airbnb may also request similar information to comply with their own policies. We appreciate your understanding as these measures are vital for ensuring compliance with national and regional laws.
