A well thorough project, finished construction only in summer 2022 is proudly standing in front of the Libyan sea, with perfect alliance to the natural surroundings, providing full privacy in every aspect.

Each villa has a size of 147sqm with a 50sqm pool and can comfortably host up to 6 guests, providing 3 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each. An ode to a simpler, more elemental way of life yet containing everything that a modern traveler seeks. Indulge to our authentic way of life known as “slow living” in which tranquility, relaxation and an inseparable connection with nature play a tremendous part into well- being.



INTERIORS- Villa 1

Ground Floor

Earthly tones create a light & airy feeling throughout the open plan kitchen and living area. In the middle of the ground floor an open plan spacious living room and kitchen are to be found. The kitchen area includes high end appliances (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.), a kitchen island with bar stools and everything you may need to prepare your meals.

A comfortable sofa with oversized windows in front permits plenty of light to fill the whole room, while a 45inches smart/satellite Tv (with Netflix) completes the “homey” feeling. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment.

Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other one with two singles, which can be joined as one with a topper. Seaview is seen from each bed through large patio doors and oversized windows. All areas downstairs have direct access to the pool and dining area outdoors.

First Floor

A stair leads you to the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom there is direct access to a private balcony that overlooks the stunning panoramic views of sea, distant coastline, pool, Paximadia Island and mountains.

Each bed is equipped with high quality anatomical mattresses while a top mattress can be added in the two single beds creating one double bed (if requested prior to arrival). Additionally each bedroom includes a Smart 32’’ Satellite Tv.

Interiors are defined by crisp, clean lines, elegance and minimal fuss: not a single detail detracts from its stunning surrounding — the perfect fusion of stylish minimalism and Cretan aesthetics.



Villa 2

Following the same mentality and pattern, with the only diferrence tha villa 2 has the first bedroom along with the open plan kitchen and living room on ground floor, while getting on first floor you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with each ensuite bahtrooms.



EXTERIOR

Our complex biggest asset is the spacious outside areas with stunning views and the 2 50sqm infinity pools (1.35m depth , children’s pool is 0.50 depth) boasting in front of each building. Almost touching the sea, you enjoy your swim while feeling that you are in the front of a ship gazing the unbeatable views.

Comfortable Sunbeds and puff beds are settled around the pool, as well as 4 sun umbrellas protecting you from the heavy Cretan sun.

Bbq facilities will offer a chance for delicious al-fresco dining under the starry night or during sunset time always partnered with fine local wine sitting in our exterior dining table.

Our villa’s beautiful exterior complete, with the biggest respect to the natural environment, local plants and herbs. Nothing feels excessive or foreign, only a well curated continuity of the present landscape.





Property Notes:

- Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner.

- Quality bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, covers are provided.

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week, upon request.

- Pool cleaning every three days.

-8 sunbeds plus 4 puff beds and 4 sun umbrellas are available next to the pool.

- Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.

- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included.

- Air conditioning units serve heating purposes.

- All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, blender, electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, washing machine, hair dryers, 45’ SMART/SATTELLITE TV, iron and iron board.

- Shampoo and shower gel are provided.

- Fire extiguishers and a first aid kit are also provided.

- All doors and windows have mosquito screens. Bedroom oversized windows have black out curtains.

- Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November)

South Crete is known for its wild beauty and magnificent untouched beaches like Triopetra, Agios Pavlos or Ligres. On the same time, you will have the opportunity to taste authentic Cretan cuisine in one of the numerous tavernas and see some of the most beautiful small villages, like Spilli or Agia Galini.

Additionally the well known village of Spili which also has all the amenities and a health centre is located around 26 km away.



The whole area of the complex and its surroundings are totally in nature and quiet and you will be able to relax and feel “away from it all” from the first moment of your arrival. It is one of the best locations if you seek to stay away from the tourist areas of Crete. Explore the villages, interact with the locals, find taverns with authentic Cretan cuisine and products, walk in the gorges around or find some totally isolated beaches! We would be happy to make you suggestions for places which only locals know about them.

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 10.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
