Each bedroom boasts a 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy gatherings in the expansive 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣-𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙖, complete with a generous dining table and a 𝙨𝙣𝙪𝙜 𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧, ideal for cosy evenings. With its homely ambiance, our property is an 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 or groups of friends seeking relaxation.

Step outside to your private patio and 𝙪𝙣𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙯𝙯𝙞, perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring Scarborough's attractions. The 4 bedrooms offer flexible arrangements, capable of being configured into either 3 doubles and 1 twin, or 2 doubles and 2 twins, and there's also provision for a 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨. Additionally, there's a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. We 𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙨 and encourage you to bring your well-mannered furry companions to our property.

Enjoy entertainment with the 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙑 equipped with Netflix (no regular TV channels) and 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙎𝙠𝙮 𝙒𝙞𝙁𝙞.

Adjacent to the living area, the 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙠𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙣 includes a range cooker and washing machine (no dryer or dishwasher). It provides plenty of pans, cooking utensils, and plastic tableware for children. 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 like salt, pepper, sauces and washing-up liquid are provided, along with a starter kit of teas, coffees and biscuits. In terms of toiletries, we provide travel-sized shampoos, conditioners, and shower gels, along with soaps.

All four bedrooms offer 𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 and provided 𝙗𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙨. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the other two feature single beds (the attic room's single beds can be combined into a king-sized bed upon request).

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Street parking is restricted to 2-hour intervals during the day, facilitated by the parking disc clock available at the property, while overnight parking is free. Alternatively, there is a 24-hour pay-and-display car park nearby, just a 3-minute walk from the property, costing £10.
