The generous second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and can be accessed via a secret door through the kitchen, as shown on the floor plan. Additionally, there are two well-sized bedrooms overlooking the canal that share a good size bathroom with a shower cabin.
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most discerning cooks. It features a large fridge with a separate freezer, an induction stove of the highest quality, a top-tier oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a large toaster, and an excellent selection of tableware. This is the perfect setting for hosting a dinner with a private chef, which we can arrange for you. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats up to 12 people.
Each room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and excellent Wi-Fi. Great attention has been paid to the quality and comfort of the beds. Each bedroom is furnished with two single mattresses, allowing the option of creating two singles instead of a king-size bed, if desired. When used as a king-size bed, they are topped with a thick, luxurious 5-star hotel-quality topper to ensure maximum comfort. Each bed is prepared with four pillows of varying heights for added comfort.
The Soranzo A apartment is located on the second floor of a 16th-century building, featuring a spacious Venetian entrance hall that leads to a private courtyard accessible to our guests, complete with tables and chairs. In the spring, the courtyard will be adorned with plants to enhance its beauty by summer. Adjacent to Soranzo A, you’ll find Soranzo B, an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 people. One floor above, on the top floor, is Soranzo C, which boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including an amazing terrace!) and accommodates up to 8 people. These properties are ideal for hosting larger groups of friends and family, offering space for up to 22 people while ensuring maximum privacy for all guests, all within the same location.
These properties feature breathtaking canal views, a private courtyard, a spacious terrace on the top floor, and are situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Venice.
You can drop off your luggage from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival.

Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
