For smooth check-in, please provide passport copies of all guests staying at least 24 hours prior to arrival as it is compulsory in Dubai, if you book to arrive on the same day, we require 4 hours' notice to allow access to the property.

A. Noise Restrictions: Quiet hours are effective from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise levels must be kept to a
minimum at all times to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property and surrounding residences.
Violation of these rules may result in penalties, including eviction and financial charges.
B. Anti-Social Behavior: Guests and visitors are prohibited from engaging in any anti-social behavior that
negatively impacts the residential community.
C. Visitor Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors, ensuring they comply with
all house rules.
III. Occupancy and Property Use
A. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of occupants allowed on the property must not be
exceeded.
B. Events and Gatherings: The property is not designated for parties or large gatherings. Any permitted
events must comply with all applicable regulations and minimize disturbance to neighbors.
C. Parking: Guests and visitors must comply with all parking regulations and exhibit consideration for
other residents.
D. Waste Management: Guests and visitors are responsible for disposing of waste appropriately in
designated receptacles. Excess rubbish should not be left in public areas.
IV. Property Security and Maintenance
A. Security Precautions: Guests are required to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
unattended.
V. Swimming Pool and Spa Usage
A. Operating Hours: The swimming pool and spa are available for use between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
only.
B. Safety Precautions: Glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests and visitors must
exercise reasonable care and caution to prevent accidents, particularly concerning children.
C. Incident Reporting: Any incidents or accidents must be immediately reported to the owner.
VI. Damages and Breakages
A. Any damages or breakages occurring during the occupancy must be reported to the property operator
without delay. Costs associated with repairs may be deducted from any security deposit or equivalent.
VII. Additional Regulations
A. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
B. Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property
