The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, kettle, toaster, full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. You'll also find dishes, cutlery, cookware, a clothes washer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
The first bedroom, facing the interior courtyard, has a king-size bed, while the second, street-facing bedroom, is furnished with a double bed. Both rooms have high-quality mattresses. Fresh linens, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for all guests.
The apartment has a shower room accessible via the hallway, with the toilet located in a separate water closet. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet rolls, are provided at the start of your stay.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of £200 for keys and £300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
