Welcome to this fabulous home, located in the centre of Church Stretton.
Perfect for exploring this quaint market town, you will be just a stone’s throw away from local shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and the stunning Shropshire Hills.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests across 4 cosy bedrooms.
Whether you are here to hike the beautiful Shropshire Hills, cycle through scenic trails, or simply relax and soak up the charm of this historic town, our home is the ideal retreat for you.
What rooms do we have and what's the layout?
First Floor:
1. Super King Bedroom – a spacious and cosy room with super king bed, plenty of storage, and an area to sit with a coffee or work with your laptop.
2. Twin Room – Perfect for friends or children, located down the landing.
Family Bathroom – Complete with a charming roll-top bath, Victorian fittings, and a large walk-in shower with plenty of space for your toiletries and towels.
Second Floor:
3. Super King Bedroom – Another roomy and light space with comfy super king bed, storage, and an area to sit with a coffee or work with your laptop. lovely bureaux which can be used as a desk for working.
4. Family bedroom – Featuring a double bed and a separate single bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. There is also a great dressing room space at the back of the room.
Living Spaces - ground floor and lower ground
Spacious Lounge/Diner – Relax and unwind in the welcoming ground floor lounge, or gather for meals in the dining area with plenty of seating for everyone.
Separate Fully Fitted Kitchen – Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a family feast. We have a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, compact microwave, kettle and 4-slice toaster.
Cosy Basement Snug – Escape to this cool and cosy den featuring a huge 60" Smart TV with Netflix, and terrestrial TV Channels, a further fridge/freezer for drinks and snacks, and comfortable seating – perfect for movie nights!
Fabulous Outdoor Space
Step outside to a spacious patio area with beautiful Indian Sandstone paving. A great place to enjoy alfresco dining at one of the two large (portable) tables, surrounded by comfortable seating with cushion covers. Take in the clean Shropshire Hills air and relax with friends and family.
As the evening draws in, the attractive lighting around the walls creates a great atmosphere.

For our active guests, we’ve hopefully thought of everything:
- Cycle Wall Brackets -
Safely store up to 6 bikes undercover - bring your own bike locks for extra security. However, the storage is in the courtyard of the property, behind a locked door.
- Separate Outdoor Shower Room and Laundry Room -
Featuring a shower cubicle, WC, sink, washing machine, and separate dryer – ideal for cleaning off muddy gear after a day of exploring the hills.

Guests will have access to the whole property with the outdoor space.
Our house rules are very important for the enjoyment of everyone so please only reserve the property if you are happy with the following:
No parties - when we say 'no parties', we mean noisy, hedonistic, out-of-control affairs. We are happy with family and friends get togethers and understand that a group of up to 9 guests can make a decent amount of noise.
All we ask is to keep the entrance door closed if playing music indoors.
When outdoor in the courtyard, please keep noise to a normal level and to be aware of surrounding neighbours who could have cause to complain if things get too rowdy. We appreciate your understanding with this.
No smoking or vaping in the house, and not from any open windows please.
If you need to smoke or vape, please use the courtyard and keep the outer door closed so the smoke doesn't blow in! And please collect all your cigarette butts / waste into the bin.
Please take boots and shoes off when walking upstairs. We want to preserve the carpet so it looks as clean as possible for all guests.
Turn lights and appliances off when not in use. Energy bills can be eye-watering and we should all do our bit to keep these down - thank you.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
