As you enter the property, you’re greeted by a cozy living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or working. The room is also equipped with a TV, providing an ideal space to relax or catch up on your favorite shows. A dining table set for two adds a charming touch, making it easy to enjoy meals in this inviting space.

The kitchen, located just off the living room, overlooks the private garden. It is fully equipped with all the basic essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal. With plenty of counter space, this kitchen provides a convenient and functional space for home cooking.

Step outside into the garden, which is fully enclosed and offers a private space to enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful afternoon, the garden features a small table and two chairs, perfect for a leisurely meal or some quiet time. The private space of this garden makes it a delightful retreat.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious office/study, ideal for those who need to focus or work from home. The room is bright and airy, offering a calm and productive environment, complete with a desk and plenty of space for your work materials. It’s a perfect setting for remote work or a quiet place to read and reflect.

You have full access to the entire house and small low maintenance private garden.
