Being located in the very heart of Edinburgh's historic Grassmarket the apartment has an unrivalled location in one of the oldest and iconic areas of the city with an up-close view of Edinburgh Castle.
The apartment is situated on the third and fourth floor of an incredibly historic building in the heart of the oldest part of Edinburgh. The bricks may be hundreds of years old but this apartment offers luxury living while you enjoy your stay in Edinburgh. The beautifully restored and renovated flat offers a kitchen dining space, main bathroom and double bedroom on the entrance floor. The gorgeously panelled staircase takes you up to two further bedrooms (one twin, one double) and an additional bathroom. Both bathrooms benefit from cosy underfloor heating and powerful showers. There are three televisions in the property (one in lounge area, one in upstairs double bedroom, one in downstairs bedroom) each with its own Virgin Media box allowing guests to enjoy some down time between exploring.
With your stay in the apartment you will be provided with complimentary Twinings fine tea, Nespresso coffee, Egyptian cotton linen, towels and luxury toiletries by the Scottish Fine Soap Company. All bedding is hypoallergenic with no feathers and topped with sumptuously soft mattress toppers. A 50W bluetooth speaker is supplied to stream tunes from your phone. Wifi is super-fast (350 Mbps) throughout the apartment.
From this property you are in the heart of the old town with Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile a few minutes away. There are many buses accessible from George IV Bridge - which is located at the top of Victoria Street. There is an NCP car park with access from Kings Stables Road which is only a 5/10 min walk from the flat.
The apartment is on the upper 2 floors of an historic building - therefore there are stairs to climb. The total floor space is circa 110m2.
The Old Town is the most exciting and vibrant part of Edinburgh and you may occasionally hear fireworks (Aug festival)/bagpipes/singing/people.. however it is muted as you are 3/4 floors high.
One bedroom does not have a television.

Fantastic property and a perfect location. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he could not have made it easier. A view of the castle from the bedrooms was a bonus.
We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the owner was great and the apartment was awesome. Super comfortable, clean, spacious, and a great location. Highly recommend.
Very nice unit above Grassmarket restaurants with updated amenities. Felt very clean and well kept. Attentive and timely communication fro owners. Would definitely consider staying there again.
This flat was ideal for our stay. The location is outstanding, convenient to everything. The flat itself is comfortable, clean, spacious and well-appointed. We wanted for nothing! If you’re a light sleeper choose a bedroom facing the garden because the noise from the Grassmarket pubs may bother you. Other than that though you won’t find a better place to stay while visiting Edinburgh!
The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. It’s in the heart of Grassmarket. It was a bit loud on the weekend nights but not too bad. It’s walking distance to lots of pubs and restaurants.
