This cozy apartment features 1 bedroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for families or small groups. With 30 m² of space and an exterior layout, the property is designed for relaxation and convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Located 900 meters from the city center and just 1 kilometer from a sandy beach, the apartment is situated in a family-friendly suburban area.
