This cozy apartment features 1 bedroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for families or small groups. With 30 m² of space and an exterior layout, the property is designed for relaxation and convenience. It includes a communal swimming pool, a private garden with outdoor furniture, a terrace, a washing machine, open-air parking, and a TV for entertainment. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Located 900 meters from the city center and just 1 kilometer from a sandy beach, the apartment is situated in a family-friendly suburban area. Guests can explore the charming local attractions, dine at nearby cafés, or shop at local markets. The beach provides the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, or enjoying a seaside stroll, while the proximity to the city offers easy access to shops and entertainment.
