Huge home in central Hove with heated swimming pool and indoor table tennis.
This home brings a little of bit of LA/Palm Springs architectural style to Hove. A stunning recently completed extension provides the perfect social pad for your friends and family to enjoy evenings together by the pool or the fireside. Its five large double rooms offer plenty or room for everybody to spread out. The property is going through its final stages of renovation, so although parts are a little tired, the social spaces and garden are magnificent and make up for that. Next to hove park with a gorgeous coffee shop for a morning stroll, or just a 25 min walk to the beach (or 5 min car ride) this is the perfect house to explore Brighton, Hove and the stunning South Downs. Please note we have two beautiful resident female cats in the house, Harley and Betty. They are very friendly, and have an automatic feeder and cat flap so they don't require any assistance, but we do ask for people who book to be animal lovers.'

We are a family of four, we have lived in Hove for eight years now after moving back from LA. We run a film production company which makes tv commercials and feature films. We are coming to the end of a long house renovation where we have designed a space that is perfect for socialising. We love to entertain and have friends over, and we hope you can enjoy the space as much axs we do. We have two very friendly cats, Harley and Betty who remain in the house when we rent to keep you company ;)

We love living by the sea. We spend a huge amount of time in the garden or down the beach, either bbq-ing or surfing over in shoreham.

Our newly designed downstairs space is really a fantastic social place for friends and family to gather. We there outdoor social spaces, and outdoor speakers its a gorgeous place to relax.
