About this property

La Cornice sul Garda - Acero - lake view and large terrace

Bright 80-square-meter apartment in a small residence with a swimming pool, L'Acero can accommodate up to five people and enjoys a wonderful lake view.
It is developed on two floors: on the upper floor, there is a living area with a splendid 25-square-meter terrace (equipped with a table, chairs, 2 sunbeds, and a beach umbrella) and a romantic double bedroom with a bathroom. On the lower floor, there is an elegant second bedroom with a double and a single bed and another bathroom with a large glass shower.

THE RESIDENCE AND THE POOL
L'Acero is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, consisting of just five apartments.
Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only with guests of the residence.
Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool.
The pool is not heated.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance on the first floor.
Private uncovered parking is available in front of the apartment.

Here, luxury and simplicity blend harmoniously, combining the latest technology with the earthy, forested atmosphere of the valley where we grew up.

LOCATION
La Cornice sul Garda is located in a panoramic mountain setting just 7 km from the Gulf of Salò.
Reachable via a simple road with hairpin bends, a car is essential.
It is ideal for those who love the tranquility of green hills, far from the tourist bustle.
From every apartment in the Residence, you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and the woods, offering unforgettable plays of light and vibrant scents throughout the day.
Relaxation blends harmoniously with the desire for sport: some beautiful trails suitable for mountain biking and hiking pass through Castello.

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, freezer, dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, home automation, bed and bath linens, hairdryer.

LAUNDRY ROOM AND BARBECUE
NB: The washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, and iron are not in the apartment, but are located in the laundry area of ​​the Residence and are shared with other guests.
There is also a wood-fired barbecue in the common area.

TAXES
The tourist board requires a tourist tax of €1/night per person (ages 12 and older). This tax is payable upon check-in.

Perfect Holidays

We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment has beautiful green surroundings and a very nice view on the lake from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. The two bathrooms and bedrooms are important, if you have kids. The infinity pool is great. We would like to come back another year.

What a beautiful stay!

The check in was uncomplicated. She explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips around Lake Garda. The accommodation is absolutely amazing! The house can be reached via a narrow road and has a fantastic location! From the roof top you have a unforgettable view to Lake Garda! Nothing has been missing and Roberta is a warm, helpful and courteous hostess. We enjoyed the time very much and are happy to come back again!

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view and a beautiful pool

Roberta as host was very kind and attentive. She was always available and she gave us also tips for leisure activities. The apartment (No.3) with a roof terrace is a dream. Very well maintained and very well equipped (the only thing that might be missing is a dishwasher :-) ). You quickly get used to the somewhat longer and winding street to the house. We'd love to come back!

Sensationeller Ausblick über den See

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Das einzige nicht ganz so tolle ist die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine, die für alle 4-5 Wohnungen in der Anlage genutzt wird. Da sollte man vielleicht noch eine zweite daneben stellen. Die Betten sind auch nicht zu hart oder zu weich. Die Bäder sind großartig. Das Induktionskochfeld funktioniert zwar gut, ist aber relativ schwach. Man kann nur die boost-Funktion nutzen, wenn keine zweite Platte benutzt wird. Schaltet man eine weitere an wird die erste runter geregelt. Das macht das Kochen etwas kniffliger, weil man sich überlegen muss, was man in welcher Reihenfolge kocht. Ein Backofen wäre auch schön gewesen. Aber der tolle Ausblick macht das allemal wett. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Die Beschreibung und die 5 Sterne Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Der Service durch die Vermieter kann nur als perfekt bezeichnet werden. Wir werden sicherlich sehr gerne wiederkommen. Kein Nachteil aber als Hinweis sollte hier noch erwähnt werden, dass man für diese Unterkunft zwingend ein Auto benötigt, da die Unterkunft auf dem Berg liegt und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu weit entfernt im Tal liegen. Die Straße zum Objekt ist gut ausgebaut aber stellenweise recht eng.

Wunderbare Woche am Gardasee

Eine tolle Fewo mit allem, was man braucht. Roberta ist jederzeit bei Fragen zur Stelle. Die Lage ist abgelegen und ruhig mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Optimal für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhafte Auszeit

Sehr geschmackvolle und gemütliche Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Etwas abseits auf dem Berg gelegen, dafür ruhig. Eine Grillecke, Schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen und ein großer Balkon steigern das Wohlfühlen. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice und Roberta ist so aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat gute Tipps für Restaurants, Weibverkostung und Ausflüge parat und ist immer auf stand by. Besser geht es nicht. Die Küchenausdtattung ist etwas übersichtlich, das machte uns aber nichts aus, da wir meistens unterwegs gegessen haben. Für einfaches Kochen genügte es aber. Ein toller Urlaub, zu dem diese Unterkunft viel beigetragen hat. Danke Roberta

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf Salo und den Gardasee. Es hat alles gepasst. Roberta hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt, technisch auf dem neusten Stand und mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Modernes Appartement mit super Aussicht

Sehr modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit wunderschönem Balkon und super Aussicht. Alles sehr gepflegt und erst 2018 erbaut. Auch der Pool ist etwas Besonderes. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit Tomaten aus dem Garten und einer Flasche Wein willkommen geheißen, Sie war sehr hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Restaurants, Strand oder Ausflüge. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die schmale und kurvige Straße zu dem etwas abgelegenen Haus. Aber ohne Berg halt keine so tolle Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist neu, alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Vielen Dank Roberta, für die tollen Tage bei Dir. Du hast dich um alles sehr liebevoll gekümmert. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Tomaten und Basilikum aus dem eigenen Garten. Einziger Nachteil, zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen, braucht man ein Auto, nächste Möglichkeit ist 10min entfernt. Wir haben auf Vorrat eingekauft oder gleich auf dem Rückweg von unseren Tagesausflügen. Abends haben wir uns mit Hilfe von Roberta Pizza bestellt, denn ein Restaurant mit dieser Aussicht findet man nicht. FANTASTISCH!!! Wander und Mountainbiking ist hier sehr gut möglich. Vielleicht ist es für die Zukunft möglich, einen Brötchensevice anzubieten (nur ein kleiner Tipp). Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wünschen den Vermietern alles Gute für die Zukunft.
