The house is divided into two floors connected by an external staircase from the balcony, typical of the Divedro Valley. Each floor is almost an apartment. There are two bedrooms in total, one of which also has a living area, and a living room with an open kitchen: oven, 1 electric burner, and a rice cooker. One full bathroom and one half. Two balconies and two storage rooms, sleeping 6 in total, ideal for a large family or two families sharing a room.
The house is located on the main street of the village, easily accessible by train without having to take a car. Nearby are historic bars, a grocery store, the post office, the town hall, and finally the Varzo Cathedral.
