The apartment was built in 2024 and is located on Pääskysillankatu. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Prisma supermarket, a 10-minute drive to the city center, and a 5-minute drive to Kupittaa train station.
The apartment is 25 sqm and includes a private bathroom, a compact kitchenette, and a 1.4-meter-wide double bed. It also features a private terrace that opens directly to a park and forest. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and TV. We provide clean bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and other basic essentials. There is an elevator in the building.
To be transparent: the house company doesn’t rent or sell a parking to a apartment less than 44 sqm. Therefore, we cannot offer a dedicated free parking space. However, there are 24-hour free street parking spots nearby (first come, first served), as well as 4-hour free parking and paid parking options.
