- BEDROOM with double bed and clothes hangers;

- FULL BATHROOM with sink, bidet, raised shower cubicle and WC.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the N°1 tram from the Via Settembrini stop to the Via Venini-Via Battaglia stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;



- It is possible to reach the accommodation by car, but parking in the area surrounding the property is paid (blue lines), is not guaranteed and is not guarded.
