The location is just awesome, right on the sea wall, I loved waking up to the sound of waves and being able to sit on the terrace with my coffee, The living room was super spacious and had everything we needed, A little more kitchen stuff would have been nice, but overall, it was a great spot, I'd definitely come back!

Unfortunately, the vacation rental did not live up to the positive reviews. First point: the accommodation had only been cleaned superficially. Items of clothing—presumably left by various previous guests—were still lying in the cupboards. There was trash in the cabinet next to the rubbish bin, old vegetables in another cupboard, and items left by previous guests under one of the beds. While the floor was reasonably clean, the baseboards were completely dusty and dirty. The showerhead could not be attached to the rail, meaning it had to be held by hand the entire time—even though a holder was present, it was simply broken. The chair cushions were dirty and stained. There was filth on both balconies: an ashtray full of cigarette butts on one, and dog feces on the other. I won't even get started on the layout of the cupboards. Overall, the apartment gave us the impression that only the bare minimum was being done. For instance, the accommodation sleeps four people, yet there are only three hooks for bath towels in the bathroom—two of which are broken and unusable. They are just cheap suction-cup hooks, so they would be very easy to replace. There isn't a single hook for a hand towel in the toilet area. That’s a one-euro item that could easily be installed at any time to make things a bit nicer for guests. We had to immediately move the wobbly clothes rack out of the children's room so it wouldn't fall on the kids. With very little financial investment, the apartment could be made much more functional, and a deep clean is also sorely needed. The only positive aspect of the apartment was that it actually came equipped with everything promised: a washing machine and a kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. However, everything was in very questionable condition; various cups, plates, and glasses were cracked. Furthermore, the building's elevator broke down several times, forcing us to take the stairs to the eighth floor. Our conclusion: we can no longer trust good ratings in the future.

Ich war angenehm überrascht, wie geräumig der Wohnbereich wirkte. Das Doppelschlafsofa war bequem und der Esstisch perfekt für unsere Familienmahlzeiten. Wir haben auch den bereitgestellten Hochstuhl und das Kinderbett für unser Kleinkind sehr geschätzt. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für Familien.
