A stylish and modern apartment with large wrap around balcony and open plan living. It has been furnished with well though out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay in the centre of Cambridge. There is free parking underground, superfast wifi, and modern amenities provided for guests.

Located right next to Cambridge train station in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people to explore, work, or just have a weekend away, with cafes, restaurants and local pubs on your doorstep.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with built-in wardrobe
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and hanging space.
Main bathroom to share with own bath and shower.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels provided for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided free during your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining and kitchen, with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select all your favourite streaming channels and TV programs. All connected to Super Fast Wifi to use for work or play. Your own private wrap around balcony with outdoor furniture provided, overlooking the well kept public gardens.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. There is a breakfast bar and a foldable 4 seat dining table to utilize. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, and a fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with basic condiments provided. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.

PARKING:
A free undercover parking space belonging to the property is available for guests to use in the basement car park, with direct access to the property via a lift up to the apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the building.


OUT AND ABOUT:
Located right next to Cambridge train station there is an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from and walk to. It is a 2 minute walk to a Sainsburys Local or Co Op supermarket. It is a short distance to many of Cambridge's world famous universities and attractions, or take a bus from the local bus terminal at the the train station that will get you around Cambridge to most locations. The perfect spot for all occasions.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
