Super location, watching the tide come in each day and being able to swim it/paddle board with just a short walk from the front door along to a set of steps down into the water. Sitting outside in the evening and listening to the curlews was also a highlight. Quiet property and double glazed. The property had everything we needed and was warm. I would thoroughly recommend, I’d book again!

If you are looking for a townhome far off the beaten path, tucked away in an adorable village, this place is for you. When we got there the lake had recessed so far that a boat was literally dry-docked. But when the tide came in later that evening, the water was back up to the property edge. There is also a chocolate factory not too far from this place highly recommend checking that out.

This was a great little spot right on the water, and not far off the road from Ballyvaughn or Kinvarra. Wished we could have used the deck more but due to weather we were mainly inside which was plenty big. Love the large dining table and sitting area off the living room. Kitchen was very functional for the nights we didn't want to go out. And loved the tea and biscuit supply! Highly recommend.

Location is excellent. Beautiful views of the estuary. Great for birdwatching, paddleboarding and swimming. Kitchen needs more regular pans, a colander and a potato peeler.
