Layout 🧭
Within the light-filled large entertainment patio and dining area with its bifold and sliding doors is the braai (barbecue) - a fridge-freezer and prep sink are also conveniently located in this inviting space.

Bedrooms:
One step leads up from Living area to Bedrooms 1 and 2 which are situated in close proximity to each other in Dune’s South wing.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1, with its en-suite bathroom, leads out onto the deck and pool garden.
Bedroom 2 and its adjacent bathroom are situated across the landing from Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom and adjacent shower is situated on the far side of the house, in Dune’s North Wing, which is near the dining room and kitchenette.

Living area:
The open plan TV Lounge/Snug (with Smart TV) leads up 4 stairs from the entertainment area into the main kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob.

The Scullery (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) is next to the Kitchen. Three (3) steps lead down from the Scullery to the Courtyard where you will find the washing lines.

Air conditioning at The Dune House pertains to summertime (December-March) air cooling methods supplied - these are in the form of a remote controlled ceiling fan in each bedroom and two floor fans (1 in the TV Lounge and 1 in the Entertainment/Patio/Stoep area).

The sparkling 5x3m pool is situated in the sheltered, peaceful and private back garden where the outdoor shower can also be found.
