Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment located on the 9th floor of a new building on Pinsker Street. The apartment spans 80 square meters and features two separate balconies measuring 30 square meters combined. The bright and contemporary decor creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, enjoying the refreshing breeze and the view of the Bograshov Quarter. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The two bathrooms provide convenience for larger groups, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.



The highlight of this apartment is its prime location just steps away from Bograshov Beach. Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT. However, all guests must present a valid passport photo and tourist visa upon arrival to avoid a 18% VAT charge.
