An ultra modern spacious house minutes from the city centre, perfect for those seeking style and comfort in Sunderland. Featuring 2 double bedrooms and a stunning living room, the property has been tastefully decorated and has comfy beds!
The property is minutes from the City Centre, University, Park Lane Bus and Metro Station, popular shops, bars and restaurants and the renowned Empire Theatre. The Royal Hospital is 5 mins away.

We are quite hands on with guests so try our best to always meet and greet guests to show them around and answer any questions. We are quite flexible with check in times and can arrange for keys to be dropped off at a time that is convenient for you, as we understand how travel plans can change etc.

A busy and vibrant area, there are plenty of amenities on your door stop. Shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and takeaways are all within walking distance. The Empire Theatre, Sunderland Royal Hospital and University City Campus are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

This lovely bungalow has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 2 double bedrooms to sleep 4. The living room benefits from a smart TV and ample space for relaxing or having friends around. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer.
Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This property will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital, Empire Theatre and university.
There is a metro stop literally minutes away and plenty of local shops and supermarkets on your doorstep.
The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, 14.9 miles from the apartment.

University metro and Millfield Metro are a few minutes walk.

Lovely place, but not very nice smell

This is the third of Munros properties ive stayed in. They're always well located, decently decorated and a decent price, this was no exception. The only negative is that theres a unpleasant smell of urine in the kitchen and hallway. I'm guessing some sort of leak.
