Hibiscus on Fourth - off-the-grid family entertainment

Hibiscus on Fourth is a tastefully furnished off-the-grid family home located in a quiet and central area of Voelklip (first enclave), within walking distance to Lizette’s Kitchen and Fernkloof nature reserve and a short car drive away from the blue flag beaches and the Old Harbor area.

Designed for entertainment, spacious in- and outdoor living areas draw attention to family togetherness in luxurious comfort. Uncapped WiFi and a smart tv, two fireplaces and online music are just some of the features that make this home special. Guests can take invigorating walks to the sea and beaches and admire the magnificent mountain views.

The house can accommodate six guests and comprises three bedrooms. The spacious main en-suite bedroom contains a king-size bed and a chic fireplace, perfect for the winter months. The en-suite bathroom boasts a large corner bath and a shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed . The third bedroom has a bunk bed and features a variety of kids' toys and books. Both rooms share a bathroom with a large shower. All rooms have welcome cupboard space and heating panels.

The house offers an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a top-of-the-range fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, an immersion blender, a dishwasher, a kettle as well as a SMEG toaster and coffee machine. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning materials are provided.

In the lounge is a big screen Smart TV connected to an Apple TV box over which you can stream your own favorite contents. Free WiFi is available.

Guests can enjoy the private garden, as well as the spacious outdoor seating area for alfresco dining and braai facilities.

The property is fully fenced and secure with an alarm system. Off-street parking is available.

Body boards can be used at own risk.

Apart from one small step at the front door, the house is wheelchair-friendly. Families with children are welcome.

Voëlklip has to be the most popular residential area of the Overberg with its fantastic beaches and the famous Cliff Path on your doorstep as well as the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, where breathtaking hikes and walks can be enjoyed.
Maximum of 6 guests are permitted.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
