Downstairs, there are three lovely bedrooms (two king-sized, one single/twin) and two additional shower rooms. The large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens onto the main patio and private garden through stylish bifold doors.

Less than a 10 minutes walk from Sea Breeze is Sandown’s vibrant seafront, you’ll have golden sands, charming cafés, and fantastic restaurants right on your doorstep. Note: The property is built on agricultural land, so the front and back lawns may become waterlogged during wet weather.
