With its 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, very large kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 large terraces, and shared garden you'll enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and well-deserved family holiday in Halkidiki.
This house, formerly two adjoining homes combined into one, can easily accommodates up to 9 guests.
On the top floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own private bathroom. Both rooms have their own balcony overlooking the garden, and one of them, more spacious, also offers a sea view.
A half-floor down, there is a study and a cozy lounge area, perfect for reading or relaxing.
On the lower level/ground floor, you'll find two independent living rooms open onto a large shared kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, and to a large balcony with a view on the shared garden.
The lower floor features two bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with three single beds), two separate bathrooms, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside, the house boasts a spacious covered and uncovered terrace with two dining areas and a lounge space, ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying an aperitif or coffee. The shared garden offers plenty of space for strolling, playing, and unwinding.

Situated between the villages of Kallithea and Kryopigi, our family house is located in a quiet housing estate with a large garden, 5 minutes by foot from a white-sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. Only a 50-minute drive away from Thessaloniki’s international airport, the house lies in the middle of Kassandra, the westernmost of the 3 peninsulas of Halkidiki area, which runs out into the Aegean Sea.
According to Greek mythology, Kassandra is said to have anciently borne the name of “Phlegra” (place of fire) and to have witnessed the conflict between the gods and the earthborn Gigantes, when they tried to banish the former from Mt Olympus.
Kassandra is also famous for producing grain, wool, honey, and wax, and raising silkworms. On the third peninsula lies the Holy Mount Athos, a UNESCO World Heritage Monument, which also happens to be the only monastic state in Europe.

Out family house is large, with several rooms to enable everyone to have their own space if they want to, not being disturbed. With a balcony, outdoor terrace and patio, there are plenty of options to eat and sit outside. The large garden is perfect for kids to play around or take take a walk. Finally the beach in front of our house, situated only 5 minutes away by foot, is perfect for families and kids as the water is shallow for several meters as you go in.
