In the quiet residential area of Agra, a green hamlet in the municipality of Collina d'Oro, LUMINOSA APARTMENT is the perfect choice for those who want to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and discovery. This elegant two-room apartment, located in a building surrounded by lush trees, offers a cozy atmosphere thanks to the abundant natural light that enters through the large windows, creating a natural harmony with the outside. The classic and refined furnishings are combined with modern details, creating an elegant and relaxing environment. The spacious and well-organized living area is the heart of the house: the open kitchen, modern and in shades of gray, is fully equipped with everything you need and has an island with an induction plate and two comfortable stools, perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. In the living room, the comfortable orange sofa bed stands out, giving a touch of liveliness to the room and inviting you to read in front of the large window, which frames the wooded panorama (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). Behind it, a sumptuous solid wood table for four invites you to enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners with friends, tasting the delicious local products.

The parquet flooring, present in both the living area and the bedroom, gives warmth to the rooms. The spacious balcony, furnished with a table and four chairs, is a perfect corner to enjoy the mild Ticino climate and admire the view.

The spacious and airy master bedroom will offer sweet repose; from here too, the view of the surrounding nature and mountains offers moments of serenity. The contemporary bathroom is decorated with large gray tiles and offers a spacious shower to relax in after a day of exploration. For maximum comfort, there is also a washing machine available for guests' use.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have private parking, but there are public parking spaces nearby.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Agra is a little gem immersed in the greenery of the Malcantone, a perfect area for those who love walking along woodland paths and discovering breathtaking views. A few minutes from the apartment there are several hiking trails that lead to view points, including the famous Belvedere di Agra, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Lugano. In the surrounding area, Collina d'Oro offers numerous cultural and natural attractions. A short distance away is Montagnola, famous for having been the home of the writer Hermann Hesse, whose museum is a must for literature lovers. For those who want to explore the beauty of the Canton of Ticino, Lugano is just a 10-15 minute drive away: you can go shopping in the elegant boutiques of Via Nassa, have an aperitif in the trendy bars in Piazza Riforma, stroll along the lakefront to Parco Ciani and its beautiful villa, or visit the LAC Museum.



How to get there:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set the GPS, following the signs for Collina d'oro: in about 15 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By public transport, from the Lugano train station walk towards Via Sorengo and take the number 436 bus in the direction of “Agra, Roncone” for 11 stops (about 15 minutes); get off at the “Bigogno, Cappella di Bigogno” stop. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from there.
