Surround yourself with style in this 2 bed newly renovated apartment in Barassie, Troon, with off road parking and stunning sea view
Barassie Bay View Apartment has been immaculately upgraded and refurbished to a high standard throughout. The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with dining area and a smart TV. It has a family shower room and an ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, one is king size and one twin.
This apartment is in close proximity to Gailes Links, Barassie Links, Royal Troon, Prestwick and Dundonald golf courses. The ferry to the Isle of Arran can be boarded from the port at Troon.
You may access your property from 3pm until 8pm - a member of staff will meet you at the property for check in. If you require an early check-in then please contact us and we may be able to arrange this. (NOTE: this is not always possible as the housekeeping team may be there getting the property ready for you).
Entrance to the building is by a door fob which you will be given by a member of staff who will meet you at check in. Our parking space is the space immediately outside the entrance door to the property and has a sign "Flat D" - any additional vehicles must be parked outwith the car park area, please do not use any other space within the car park.
The flat is on the first floor to the left side as you come through the stairwell, the door has a smart lock and the key fob will be provided by the staff member at the meet & greet. Loss of either key fob for the entrance building or to the flat will result in a £250 charge
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Pets not allowed.
Hot water is via the combi boiler which will give instant hot water.
The Heating is controlled via the wireless room stat in the hallway, please use the arrows to increase the temp above room temp to activate the heating, please turn off by lowering the temperature, please turn off when leaving the apartment.
