We are pleased to present this 3 bed semidetached house in Manchester, which offers a comfortable and modern home from home experience.

The property sleeps up to 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms comprising of 2 x twin rooms, 1 x single room and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area. It boasts an open plan lounge and dining area with 2 inviting sofas to relax on, a wall mounted smart TV with apps including Netflix and YouTube, plus a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and an upstairs bathroom.

Additional features include free WiFi with Super Fibre Broadband, a front and back garden with a bistro set and a utility room with ironing facilities and a maiden. There are also fire safety products on each floor, including interlinked heat and smoke alarms throughout.

Only 1 mile from the Etihad Stadium, 0.5 miles from The National Cycling Centre (Velodrome), 2.6 miles from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and 3 miles from Manchester City Centre, it is in an ideal location whether you are visiting the city for work or pleasure.

Free on street parking is available. Given the proximity to Etihad Stadium, there is permit parking in place on 'Event Days', therefore vehicle registrations will be requested prior to check in so that we can add these to the visitor permit if needed

No parties and no smoking are permitted
Strict quiet hours between 10pm - 8am
The property is fitted with a Ring Doorbell outside and a noise monitoring device inside (this doesn't record audio, it simply notifies us of the noise levels in Db)
Copy of lead guest's ID required prior to stay access to everything from this centrally located place.
