The space

Beautiful 5 bedroom house with sea and countryside views. The house comfortably sleeps 10 with 4 double bedrooms and one bunk room. There is one large family bathroom, one shower room and one en-suite off the main bedroom. This is in addition to an outside toilet / shower to rinse off post the beach.

The house is furnished to the highest standard with interesting furniture collected from all over the world. Underfloor heating in the living area, a log fire, smeg cooker and a sonos sound system.

The beds are of the highest standard and the linen is all 600+ thread count Egyptian Cotton.

The house has a large deck for breakfast or BBQ's as well as a walled outdoor seating area. The garden covers approx 2.5 acres and there is ample space for a game of croquet or football on the lawn. There is a Gas BBQ and outdoor seating area as well as micro scooters and games for the kids to enjoy.

Trevose view is a stones throw from the beautiful South West Coastal Path and has a perfect location in between Bude and Widemouth Bay. There is a great restaurant a short walk one way and a great pub in the other direction.

The town of Bude, regularly voted 'Best UK Coastal Town' is 3km away with all of the amenities one would expect as well as beautiful beaches, one of the few sea pools in the Uk and great surf. Widemouth Bay is one mile in the other direction - a sweeping bay with fantastic surf, rock pools and scenery.

You will have access to all parts of the house

Bude Canal and Tamar Lakes - From Trevose View Beach House there is a country path that goes all the way to the canal where you can then nestle in for a cup of hot chocolate or lunch at the Weir Cafe (great for kids and adults alike).
Elements Hotel is next door with a great restaurant and the Bay View Inn is a pub less than a miles walk the other way along the coastal path
Life's a Beach and The Beach Hotel are both great restaurants in Bude overlooking the harbour.
Bude is a great town for shopping and Harlequins Leisure offers entertainment for all the family including playzone and 10 pin bowling
