Westward Park in Warblebank near Wigton, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Westward Park consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA cooker, oil range oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining table, a sitting room with woodburning stove, Freeview TV with Amazon Firestick, and dining table, a boot room, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size, and a double, serviced by a bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and lawn, a tennis court, and private, off-road parking for two cars. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available on request. Located 18 miles from Penrith it is a good base for the attractions of the North Lakes, the cathedral city of Carlisle, 12 miles away, Keswick, just north of Derwentwater and close to Lake Bassenthwaite, and the natural beauty of the West Cumbrian Coast. Hadrian’s Wall is within 25 miles, while the Scottish Borders, and Gretna Green, are within easy reach.
