Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please bring your own dog bed and we ask that dogs stay out of the bedrooms and off the sofas. Don’t leave unattended.
This is a smoke free home - please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Our kids love the space of having the South Downs on our doorstep for mountain biking and the ease of getting into town on a bus. We have two friendly dogs who love walks in the woods and trips to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We chose to settle in this area because of its perfect balance of peaceful residential living and easy access to everything Brighton has to offer. Larkfield Way is a quiet, friendly street with stunning views over the city and out to the sea. It’s close to the South Downs for scenic walks and nature lovers, and just a short drive or bus ride to Brighton’s vibrant city centre, beaches, cafes and culture.
