We booked 2 nights, May 28 & 29/26 Upon arrival apt was on 6th floor, but elevator only went to floor 5-not told that prior & hard as 65 year old with suitcases. Carpet in room was very dirty, but biggest issue AC NOT WORKING & 30 degrees. We stayed 1 night & left early next am, advising host & requesting refund for 2nd night—NO RESPONSE
