Pretty duplex in a green oasis, for six guests. Our villa is the perfect place where to spend a relaxing vacation, near the town centre of Lignano Riviera, where there are supermarkets, snack bars and pizzerias. Our villa offers A/C, a washing machine, a TV, a safe box and one parking place per booking in the fenced garden, furnished with table, chairs and two sunbeds. Our villa features a living area equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two twin or double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and small patio with a fireplace. Beach distance: 400mt. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
