Charming Beach House with Private Pool and Direct Beach Access

This Mediterranean-boho style beach house offers multiple cozy lounging areas, making it the ideal place to unwind and relax to the sound of the ocean. Perfect for a restful getaway, it's located in the exclusive Costa Cumana area, just 20 minutes from Punta Zicatela. Rental includes daily cleaning and cooking services. Plus, the house is equipped with Starlink internet in case you need to work remotely.

The house is located in a private, gated community and sits on the second row from the beach.

The house is divided into two levels:

Ground Floor:

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, which stay very cool throughout the day. Each room has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

There’s also a living room with a TV.

Upper Floor:

The kitchen and main living area are located under a large palapa that keeps the space cool and breezy. There are multiple cozy spots to take a nap or read a good book.

On this level, you'll also find the swimming pool, dining area, and sun terrace.

The rental includes daily cooking by our amazing cook, Lumi. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a menu so you can choose what you’d like to eat during your stay. The only extra cost is the groceries (500 pesos per person per day).

Lumi also takes care of the cleaning, so you can truly enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The gated community has direct access to the beach, but please remember that it’s open sea and there are no lifeguards on duty.

We kindly ask that you respect safety rules and avoid swimming in the ocean.

Since the house is in a natural setting, you may encounter insects, even though we carry out regular fumigations.

Costa Cumana is a rural area, and there are occasional power and internet outages. This is beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible. However, the house is equipped with candles in case they’re needed.
