The apartment in Calella de Palafrugell has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 persons. Accommodation of 65 m². The property is located 500 m sand beach "Distancia Playa", 500 m city "Distancia Ciudad", 500 m supermarket "Distancia Supermercado", 500 m from the restaurant, 20 km golf course "Distancia Golf" and it is located in a a family-friendly zone. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), swimming pool communal, open-air parking in the same building, TV. The independent kitchen, of gas, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery and coffee machine.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Fabulous location close to the beach and bars. Apartment was perfect for a couple, parking was secure and it was ideally placed to visit other areas.
