Decorated and refurbished to a high standard. Two floors. Offers king size bed, luxury linen, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and bath with shower over.
The property nestles in the exclusive grounds of the world renowned Gleneagles Hotel & Golf Course. Set out over 2 floors, it has one bedroom with king size bed, lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It has the benefit of a well fitted compact kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The Beeches is a cosy retreat for couples who want; peace and tranquillity, location, amenity and quality at reasonable rates. It’s very convenient for those playing golf at Gleneagles - you can walk to the tee!

For business guests the property presents an attractive alternative to a hotel room with fast broadband, good lighting, table and a reclining sofa for relaxing!

Superb accommodation in an ideal location.

Very well positioned for us. We were able to head North to visit Glamis Castle and then back down the Angus coastal road to Arbroath (lunch) and then across to Loch Leven and take the boat trip to the island. Wonderful landscapes, unique history and for our stay, brilliant September sunshine. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner who is a lovely lady.

A really enjoyable stay in fine autumn weather

The accommodation was first class as was the whole resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ate in the Clubhouse which had a good choice and reasonably priced. We played the ‘wee course’ which was fun and not as formidable as the King and Queen course! The weather was amazing as it was sun and blue sky the whole time.

Very relaxing three days made extra special by seeing two red squirrels just outside

Delightful house, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished with lots of very thoughtful extras. The situation of the house is beautiful - very tranquil. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was well appointed with an excellent shower. And finally, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening walks around Gleneagles estate.

Lovely wee house with everything needed

Everything was great. Communication with Veronica, directions and check in details were all good. House had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Chocolate was a lovely touch. Plenty of room. Minutes walk from Gleneagles Hotel or The Dormy. Lovely grounds for walking. Only thing I can think of that was missing (being ultra critical) would be a USB socket or charging plug (only because we forgot ours)! Would highly recommend and would return again.
