Duplex house located in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). It has a shared seasonal pool, gardens and children's area and very close to the beach. It has a capacity for a maximum of 5 people.

The house is distributed on two floors, the upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds (bunk bed with trundle bed below) and bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs the living room, with access to a porch with private garden with outdoor furniture, the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (washing machine, oven, toaster, blender, ...), and a toilet. The house has Wifi, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

It has private outdoor parking space.

The urbanization has a communal swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and garden area, as well as playground. (15/06/2025 - 15/09/2025).

It is located in a quiet environment, with access to the Club Doña Violeta, great to disconnect on days off. A few are the great beaches in the area how the Playa de La Barrosa, Playa del Puerco or Playa de Sancti Petri,

Chiclana offers different places of interest to visit, such as the Hermitage of Santa Ana, Sancti Petri Marina, the Museum of Chiclana ... etc.. In its beautiful white sand beaches you can enjoy water sports, as well as enjoy the gastronomic offer of the area, in its countless restaurants and bars.

Excellent location also to visit the surrounding villages such as Vejer de la Frontera or Conil de la Frontera, 22.8 km away, or Tarifa at 80.3 K, as well as visiting Cadiz province which is 27.3km away.
