The house has two apartments that are rented out separately, of which this is the largest on two floors. You can advantageously vacation together with friends and family by booking each their own home. Shared access to the jetty, swimming pool and rowing boat with the neighbor. At the entrance you are greeted by a spacious hall that leads you to two bedrooms on the lower floor. One bedroom has a double bed and a large lovely sofa for much-needed relaxation. The second room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people. The wide staircase in the hall leads you to the upper floor, which offers panoramic views of the sea and the archipelago from both the kitchen, living room and the large furnished balcony with gas grill. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with both gas and electric hobs. The open plan combined with high ceilings provides an inviting atmosphere for meals around the large glass table. The living room has a spacious sofa for socialising and Apple TV to use with your own subscription. The bedroom has a double bed, armchair with footstool to rest in and large wardrobes for storage during your stay. Lots of light from large windows in all rooms makes the already large floor very spacious and pleasant. The fresh bathroom has a toilet, sink and corner shower. Ronneby, which has been a health resort, has many beautiful turn-of-the-century houses and surroundings from that time. In Ronneby Brunnspark there is a summer open water and play land with a water slide that is popular with both adults and children. From the center, boat traffic goes through the Ronneby River out into the archipelago during the summer months and a short walk from the house, the boat traffic takes you over to beautiful Karön for a picnic in the lush nature of the island.
