6 person holiday home in Dannemare

Cosy 103 m2 holiday home located in quiet surroundings by Stødby Strand, only 150 metres down to the coast and approx. 300 metres of sandy beach from where you can swim. The holiday home has a covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers as well as a charcoal barbecue, and should the weather turn wet, you can cosy up in the summerhouse conservatory. Shopping can be done at the grocery store in Dannemare, which is approximately 4.5 km from the holiday home. If you want to see what else Lolland has to offer, we can recommend Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Centre. The holiday home has two bedrooms with two single beds in each, in the living room there are double beds on the day bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The holiday home's bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower as well as underfloor heating. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and free internet and a Bluetooth speaker. The holiday home is located on a 1050 m2 large plot, so there is plenty of opportunity for a little play and sunbathing, on the side of the house itself there is a small shed with hot water tank and washing machine. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
