The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential area called Broletto, situated in the heart of Lecco. It features two balconies with views of the mountains and a small park. It is divided into a living area, characterized by a bright and spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are large and spacious: one has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities, including fast internet connection, washer with dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, espresso machine, moka pot, induction hob, and a large television.
The main advantages of this apartment are its accessibility, availability of a garage upon request, brightness and spaciousness, proximity to the lakeside area with a pleasant 5-minute walk, proximity to the train station, and mountain views.
Additionally, for all guests there is the possibility to write on the "chalkboard wall" in the living room: it's our pride! You will find messages left over the years by other travelers who have stayed with us. Furthermore, you will find a booklet with messages from all those who have visited us, both guests and couchsurfers. It will be fun because we asked them to leave messages in their original language!
The location is central, although just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone).
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying requires the payment of a Tourist Tax. Our policy is to collect the tax via credit card during the online check-in process.

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
