Spacious apartment with panoramic views that can accommodate up to 7 persons in walking distance from Lecco Center. The apartment is composed of a bright and full-of-light living room with a seating area and TV, a large well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first bedroom is composed of a master bed and a bunk bed. The second one counts three single beds. We provide everything for a comfortable short stay, including linen, towels, cooking essentials, soaps, etc.
Our apartment is situated outside of the traffic-limited zone, making it easy for guests to access the apartment by car. However, please note that there is no private parking available. If you plan on driving, there are public parking options nearby, and we can provide information on the nearest parking lots before your arrival.
The place is perfect for those who want to explore the area by public transport. The Lecco train station is located in a 20 minutes walk and there are also several bus stops within walking distance. Additionally, there is also a boat station in Lecco, making it easy to explore the beautiful Lake Como.
Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There is no washing machine inside the unit, but there is a coin laundry right across the street.
Lecco is a charming town with a laid-back atmosphere and plenty of things to see and do. The town is surrounded by mountains, making it an excellent destination for outdoor enthusiasts. You can go hiking, biking, or even take a cable car up to the nearby mountains for a breathtaking view of the area. Additionally, Como Lake is a major attraction and offers a variety of water sports and activities. In the town center, you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes, perfect for exploring the local culture and cuisine.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
