Overview
Villa Cortijo 1 is located in Alcudia, Mallorca. This detached vacation

a sheltered patio with dining area and the villa's entrance that leads
into the open plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped
kitchen with granite work-tops. The property consists of three
air-conditioned bedrooms (all with twin beds and one with ensuite
bathroom) as well as another family bathroom. The garden includes a
private swimming pool with sunbeds and BBQ facilities.
Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.
