The property itself is nice & cleaner than most properties in El Salvador. It’s very safe and quiet in a well lit area. Be aware if you rent a property with them you NEED to download the VRBO app in order to communicate with property owners. Also the address listed on both VRBO and Expedia is not the correct address of the villas. They are about 15 minutes away from the Metro centro area. I had to go through the most to find the villas & when I tried to contact both hosts one answered and claimed they weren’t associated with the property (later found out they were) and the other did not answer at all. I was given no instructions and no keys left absolutely clueless due to the Expedia app not specifying that the owners do not communicate through the Expedia app. Do yourself a favor and download VRBO.
