This timeless home features a spacious layout, including four bedrooms and two reception rooms, complemented by a beautifully landscaped garden and parking for at least two cars.

The Manor House in Twigworth boasts a captivating history, dating back to the 15th century and incorporating architectural elements from various periods, including the 17th century. The house features a distinctive L-shaped plan, with timber-framing, painted brick, and rendered infill. A noteworthy addition is the jettied wing from the 17th century, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. Listed on the National Heritage List for England since 1955, this property holds remarkable historical significance.
Layout:
The private entrance welcomes you into a charming hallway, leading to a classic, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is a spacious dining room with seating for eight, where panelled walls and exposed beams highlight the property's quintessential cottage-like charm. The cozy lounge, adorned with timber-framed walls, comfortable sofas, and a TV, creates an inviting space to relax and unwind. A convenient shower room is also located on the ground floor.

This home is private and is primarily set up as a 4-bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside. Attached to the main house is a separate, private, annexed apartment that is rented privately. It should be noted that the tenant living there does have access to garden and shares the outside laundry room.

🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
🍷 We also work with a fantastic private chef who can cook anything and everything on your request. Please ask us for details.
⏰ Check-In and Check-Out: Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins, and we’ll update you on the day if this is possible.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the panelled walls, which are an integral part of the home’s historic charm.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm.
Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the characterful finish of the property.
