This place was better than the pics. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Comfortable couches and very roomy for two people. Bed was comfy, plenty of blankets. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

Thanks for a great vacation… this was a very. nice guest house, very comfortable and in an excellent location south of Edgartown and near Katama/South Beach… great weather all week made it even better…

Our third visit...

A great guest house ...which is kept just as perfect, clean and comfortable since our first visit. The property is calming and close to the beach...and an easy location to visit the island's towns.

The home was immaculate and exactly as described — spotless from the moment we arrived.The location was ideal for a perfect getaway, tucked in a quiet area near Edgartown and South Beach. It had everything we could possibly need, with great space for entertaining. We especially loved the adorable deck overlooking the beautiful backyard — such a peaceful spot to relax.The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the whole house felt like home. Perfect cottage and wonderful location!

We had a great week! Cottage was clean and in a Great location just outside of Edgartown! It was quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping! We can’t wait to go back to enjoy more time on Martha’s Vineyard!

Cozy cottage

The perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. The location was a quick walk to town and a short drive to the best spots on MV. Settling inside for a quiet rainy day was relaxing and cozy. Great communication with the owner and a pristine property definately want to come back!

Great rental

Great accommodations. Loved the island and exploring. Loved the location. Perfect for a couple. It was great to have room to store the e-bikes. Good communication with Maryjane . We would love to return.

Island getaway

Well located property between town and beach. Very private guest house on quiet road in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and well appointed. Extremely clean throughout. A comfortable haven for relaxing and enjoying the pleasures of Martha’s Vineyard.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway

This was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard and it won't be our last! The well-appointed guest house is bright and cozy and although you can't beat the restaurants on the island, we found we enjoyed many of our evenings "cooking in" and relaxing in this wonderful space. Loved the location, especially the proximity to beautiful Edgartown. Mary Jane, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Best place for a week away

We had the best week and could not have been more comfortable staying in this home. It had everything we expected or needed and so much more. The location is right by a bike path and some awesome beaches and restaurants. Mary Jane was fast to respond if we ever needed anything. We will be staying here again!

Great cottage for for 2!

Great cottage for 2 guests close to town. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Mary Jane was great to work with. House was clean and they also had beach chair and umbrellas which was great. Only suggestion would be new pillows. Would stay again or recommend.

Perfect Getaway Home for Two

It's a beautiful home for two (or a solo traveler) to get away for a week. Everything was immaculately clean and modern, and the privacy barrier is really well thought out. The home is a nice walk from town that is very do-able. Mary Jane was very quick to respond to any question that we asked before the trip.
