The cottage features a bright, airy sitting room with French doors that open to the deck, offering views of the burn, garden, and surrounding landscape. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dining area, one comfortable double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort throughout the year.
Set just a few hundred yards from the shore, the secluded location offers a perfect retreat for couples. Access is via a lay-by on the road, followed by a short walk through a gate and down some steps, providing a private and peaceful escape.
Electricity is free up to £20, with any additional usage charged at cost. Heating is provided by electric radiators and is included within this allowance. Wi-Fi is available for an extra fee, and while towels are not provided, bedding is included. Up to two dogs are welcome, with the first dog staying for free and an additional charge of £30 per week for the second.
