Theground-floor apartment of Villa Buenavista is an autonomous and independent solution in Torre Lapillo, a 7-bed vacation home for relaxing stays a few meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, smart TV, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, grates and mosquito nets, outdoor shower, kitchen with electric oven etc.
Equipped outdoor spaces and terrace with sea view. Pets allowed.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa of two units, independent of each other. A comfortable veranda furnished with a rocking chair, table and chairs introduces the vacation home.
In the entrance hall there is 1 sofa. From here you go to the large, very bright living room, the heart of the house. Here are 1 double sofa bed, the dining room and TV. Next to it is the kitchenette with electric oven.
The living area is served by a small balcony equipped with table, chairs and outdoor shower, laundry corner with washing machine.
 
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with double bed + single bed, and completed by 2 bathrooms, one of them with shower.
All windows are equipped with grates and mosquito nets.

Villa Buenavista is just a few meters from the center of Torre Lapillo and is in a fairly convenient location for reaching the most beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo, Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto.

The area is also perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with the nearby beaches of Porto Cesareo and the Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve offering breathtaking natural scenery and nature trails.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom has no shower.
