Located on the beachfront of the stunning Torre del Mar beach and in the heart of downtown, our apartment is the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort and a prime location. Situated next to the vibrant Calle del Mar, this holiday oasis offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.



The apartment consists of two meticulously decorated bedrooms. The first features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful sleep, and a modern air conditioning unit to maintain an ideal temperature during warm nights. The second bedroom offers two cozy single beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together.



The bright living-dining room is the ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Equipped with air conditioning, it provides a cool and pleasant atmosphere, while its direct access to the terrace allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the promenade and the extensive golden sand beach. What better way to start or end the day than by gazing out at the sea from the comfort of your own space?



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From modern appliances to kitchen utensils, we provide everything you need to enjoy a worry-free holiday.



It's important to note that due to the extreme drought affecting the area, there are water cuts between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM at night, as well as at an unspecified time during the morning. While these cuts are unavoidable, we have taken measures to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a comfortable experience for our guests.
