Spacious quadruple room in a beautiful penthouse with sea view terrace, located on the fourth floor. The room is equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, and private bathroom.
Guests can enjoy access to a large 300 sqm shared sea view terrace, complete with a gazebo, barbecue, dining table, sun loungers, and a relaxing lounge area.
On the terrace, a shared kitchen area is available for guests, equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, utensils, oven and mini oven (ideal for heating meals), as well as clothes drying racks.
Please note: the kitchen area is not available during the winter season and until April 30th.
Guests are kindly asked to leave the shared kitchen clean and tidy after use, in consideration of others.
The penthouse is in a prime location, just off Corso Roma, Gallipoli’s main street, lined with hotels, bars, and the city’s main shops. At the end of the street, a bridge connects the modern town to the historic center. From the penthouse, the beach is within walking or biking distance.
An ideal choice for couples or families, also suitable for those traveling with a small pet, provided it is accustomed to being around other animals. Please note that the pet's presence on the shared terrace is under the guest’s responsibility, and a sanitization fee applies.
Initial bed linen supply is included in the price.
Extra sheets and bath sets are not included in the rental fee but can be booked in advance.
Breakfast service is available upon request/reservation – either at a partner bar or self-managed (with packaged products) – at a daily cost per person. Self-managed lunch with packaged items is also available.

Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
For check-in and check-out outside of standard hours, upon guest request and subject to approval, the following extra fees apply:
